  • Rooted in ancient Chinese Medicine, acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine, single-use needles into the body to stimulate a regulating and healing response.

    Alternative techniques may be used to supplement acupuncture, or when a needle-free treatment is preferred.

    Insertion of fine, sterile, single use needles into specific pressure points around the body.

  • Acupressure

    Using press stickers or ear seeds for non-insertive stimulation of acupuncture points.

  • Lifestyle Advice

    Identifying and altering lifestyle habits to create long-lasting health results.

  • Guasha

    Stimulating the skin to ease pain, inflammation and promote an immune response.

  • Moxibustion

    Warming the skin with moxa to nourish and warm acupuncture points and channels.

  • Cupping

    Applying suction cups to release tension and promote healthy blood circulation.

Good news… we can treat without needles! Although many parents are surprised with how happily children respond with needles, there are no-needle options if your child prefers. They will only receive the treatment they are happy with on the day. When needles are used, minimal points are chosen with a brief in-out insertion, so there is no need to sit still for a long time! If you feel your child will struggle with the length of the initial consultation, please get in contact to arrange this over the phone.
